Captain Incentive Scheme

Note: For Shorter Routes ( e.g. Del- Jaipur) where ticket price is <500,

Incentive will be INR 30 per Seat.

Any such routes getting added further will have the same slab of INR 30/ Ticket

  • Captain A makes 5 tickets at 8% discount on each ticket , he earns 5xRs 60 = Rs 300
  • Captain B makes total 10 tickets out of which 5 tickets were made at 10% discount on each ticket & 5 tickets at 22% discount on each ticket, he earns 5xRs60 = Rs 300 only

The 5 tickets made at 22% discount will not be considered (refer Point 7 in T&C )

Example : 

  • Captain A makes 5 tickets at 8% discount on each ticket , he earns 5xRs 60 = Rs 300
  • Captain B makes total 10 tickets out of which 5 tickets were made at 10% discount on each ticket & 5 tickets at 22% discount on each ticket, he earns 5xRs60 = Rs 300 only 

The 5 tickets made at 22% discount will not be considered (refer Point 7 in T&C )

Terms & Conditions :

  1. To Qualify,100% Collection should be achieved on the Target as per due date, and there should not be previous overdue
  2. There will be no Minimum Tickets to Qualify. Incentive will be on Per Seat
  3. Payouts will be announced every month, Weekly Status update of booking will be shared with the Captains
  4. Pay@bus tickets & Agents Tickets will not be considered; it has to be Customer Return Tickets.
  5. This is a monthly scheme & the Captain has to be on rolls on the last day of month to be eligible for payments.
  6. Above 20% Discount Scheme will not be applicable nor the count will be taken explicitly
